Baby its cold outside! Winter weather can sometimes make working out seem less than desirable. After all, who likes to dress like a mummy to go for a run and even heating up the car in the wee hours of the morning to get to the gym for your favorite spinning class can be quite tough!

Although you may want to stay snuggled up in your warm bed, winter shouldn't be a time that your fitness plans hibernate.

It’s actually a fantastic time of year to mix up your workouts, get creative and even reignite your love of fitness by trying something new. Not to mention, exercise can help you beat those winter blues.
