About Us

Rogue Fitness has been in operation since 2005 and is Kinsale’s health and fitness gym. We have a state of the art facility located at Farm Lane which is a 10 mins walk from Kinsale town (near Bandon Co-op). We specialise in One on One Personal Training & fun and friendly Fitness Classes for all levels.
