Circuits is best for all over conditioning, core strength and boosting your metabolism. Circuit training combines aerobic work and resistance training for a full total body workout. Expect kettlebells, burpees, slam balls and TRX. Challenge the entire body and push yourself beyond your limits.

Pump it is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit - FAST. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetitions PUMP IT gives you a total body workout burning between 500 and 600 calories. You will leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
