All packages should be used within 12 months of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

24 hour cancellation policy with any Personal Training Package. If you cancel within the 24-hour window it will count as a session.
For Buddy & Trio sessions all members must train together as per the purchased pack. If there is a member of the group absent and training goes ahead it will count as a session for the member that’s absent.

Fitness classes commence strictly at the advertised start time. For health & safety reasons, late arrivals will not be accepted in any circumstances beyond 5 minutes after the advertised start time.
