At Rogue Fitness we are not an open gym and all our training sessions are by appointment only. We have personal training sessions available 6 days a week from early morning to late evening.
Our Personal Training is on a membership basis with no large upfront payments. We have flexible membership packages based on how often you wish to train i.e. once, twice or three times a week. Each personal training session is 45 mins and tailored to you and your goals.
Every single person can benefit from working with a trainer. Personal training is truly an investment in one’s own health and well-being.
